• The Sneaker CA is committed to making your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible. Should you need to edit your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once we have processed or shipped your order, it is not possible to exchange until you have received it. Therefore, please make sure you select the right size and product before checking out.
  • Once you receive your product, you can exchange it for another item or a different size as long as it is in stock. We will usually send the updated item to you within 3 working days after we process your return. In the event that the item you requested is not in stock, we will contact you to explain your options. 

  • Refunds can be requested by customers within 5 days of receiving their product, but the product must still be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Refunds will not be given if the products are worn, do not have their original tags on them, and are damaged. Returned items have to be sent back within five days. 
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • Backorders or pre-orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, only store credit can be issued.
  • If your order does not arrive because of factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), we do not issue a refund.
  • If you return your package to us due to missing the pick-up window or for any other reason, you will be charged a $70 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • It is not possible to cancel pre-orders because the item is being stocked just for you.
  • Cancellations of back orders are not allowed once the order has already been processed and has passed the two hour editing window.
